TECHNIQUE HUMAN PERFORMANCE (THP) provides personal training, group training and online training services that aims to have a true impact on each individual. Obesity is on the rise worldwide and with it depression, as people are getting more and more disconnected, not only from their friends and families but also from themselves. Here at THP we aim to put an end to depression by utilizing the best anti-depression medication in the WORLD, EXERCISE! The natural chemicals that the body produces during exercise are much greater than any anti-depressant on the market and it’s natural!
We believe the human body is composed of the body, mind and soul. We aim to train all three of these aspects of a person.
THE BODY
We train the body through physical exercise and proper nutrition. It is our job to maximize your time and efficiency at home or in the gym, it’s what we do best! 15-20 mins is all we need to get you rocking and rolling towards your desired goals. Along with the online training, we provide you with tools and resources to help you sustain results long after completing our program.
THE MIND
We train the mind by educating our clients on various healthy living strategies and the actual benefit of each exercise being performed in any given workout program. We also provide our clients with what we call “Daily Food For Thought” which is a daily exercise designed to help boost our clients confidence and self-esteem.
THE SOUL
We train the soul by feeding it passion and providing our clients with a 24/7 support group. We surround our clients with a team of professionals that support them through every step of our program. We provide daily inspiration and accountability to help our clients stay motivated and focused, from start to finish.
